Vino Kumar
Founder
An accomplished and highly capable Senior Management Professional with a wealth of successful experience in continually improving the service quality, productivity and efficiency of international marine and vessel operations. Credentials includes several key roles with CMA CGM in the operations department in France and the USA. Roles in Asia with Norasia, CSAV, APL and NOL and several successful accomplishment in North and South America with key logistic and port projects. Holds and Master Mariner license from the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, a Bachelor in Science from the Australian Maritime Colle and currently undertaking the Master in Science in Maritime Business with the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
Larbi Sohby

Occupied various Senior Executive positions within CMA CGM Group at Head Office at Marseille and in North Africa as Managing Director of CMA CGM Egypt and Chairman of CMA CGM Logistics. Larbi has developed shipping services and lanes for more than 10 years between Egypt, North Africa to the rest of the world. Developing container terminal projects was part of his scope for Group. Current role includes advisor for EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) and to Elreedy Shipping who are a regional ship owner and specialized operator in bulk cargo transportation. Larbi holds a Masters (DESS) in Economic Science from the Université d’Aix Marseille II.
John Buscher
Legal Adviser
Experienced in privacy law (GDPR, CCPA). Industry experience includes start-ups, transportation, global outsourcing, Fintech and software licensing (SaaS and MLaaS). Business experience includes strategic planning, development, global project management, implementation of document, legal and contract management systems, training and education, IP Management, vendor relations, and corporate restructuring. Broad global experience in management of outside counsel in both litigation and transactional matters. He maintains a wide range of legal and business contacts throughout the world in a variety of industries. John holds a JD law from Chicago-Kent college of law/Illinois Institute of technology and BA from the University of Chicago.
Dr Ashok Pandey
Associate
Master Mariner with experience in ice navigation, Maritime economist, GIS practitioner, teaching and training mariners and shoreside maritime industry professionals globally.
Research interests: Shipping route optimization, Ballast water management- Polar waters.
Captain Ashok hold a master’s in science in Maritime Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a PhD in Arctic Shipping from the Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Philip Ezekiel
Associate
Philip comes to the team with a vast experience and expertise in Ports, Logistics and Shipping with senior management in BD, Marine operations and Marketing. He has successfully headed multi-disciplined and multi-national teams in the Middle East, South Asia, USA and SE Asia for mega projects. In addition to key roles he has served in consultative, advisory and board roles to large international MNC’s including a world class shipping company (APL) and two of the leading port operators in the world (PSA Singapore and Hutchison Ports). He has a BA (Honors) Economics from the UK and a Master Mariner’s License issued by MPA Singapore.

10 years’ experience in the International Maritime and Logistic Industry, this includes Over three years as a Sales Representative for Seatrade Maritime & Cruise, which is the world leading b2b event’s organizer, best known for Seatrade Cruise Global, Poseidonia, Marintec China, Terminal Operator Conference (TOC America).
Have worked with the different Port Authorities, Ports, Ship agents, Tug Boats Operators, Engineers as well as the Dredging Companies in the Caribbean Region. Gaevin studied International Shipping at the Caribbean Maritime University (CMU)
